1 Banana, Sliced
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp sugar or honey
Making the Banana Ginger Smoothie – Freshly grate the ginger and combine that with yogurt, banana and sugar. Blend this until the consistency is smooth. You can also blend it for a shorter amount of time to keep some of the banana and ginger chunks. To each there own!
